Pastoral Care loves people by being available and encouraging and taking the time to care for them in their various situations and circumstances that may arise in their life.
Pastoral Care make A Difference by coming along side of each member and valuing and empowering them to get through their situation and bring healing.
Pastor Care Ministry’s designed and purpose is to care for the people of God here at Father’s Vineyard. Each Pastoral Care Leader is given seven people to contact every two weeks. We value the members here at Father’s Vineyard by caring for the sheep God has entrusted us. Our goal is to maintain and continue to grow in our walk with God through personal connection.
