5 New Lives Transformed This Week! \"\ud83d\udd25\"<\/p>\n

What an incredible week at Out Of The Ashes<\/span>! \"\ud83d\ude4c\"<\/p>\n

We welcomed five new intakes since Friday into our program and all five made professions of faith, accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and were baptized, being born again into new life! \"\ud83d\udca6\"\"\u2728\"<\/p>\n

The Word says,<\/p>\n

\u201cTherefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!\u201d \u00a02 Corinthians 5:17<\/p>\n

When He gave His only Son, He did it so that no one should perish but that all should have everlasting life. (John 3:16)<\/p>\n

Even though the world seems to be getting darker, remember, darkness is only the absence of light. \"\ud83c\udf1f\"<\/p>\n

So let your light shine, men and women of God! Don\u2019t be silent, don\u2019t be oppressed, don\u2019t stay bound by sin or shame. Rise up!<\/p>\n

\u201cLet your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.\u201d \u00a0Matthew 5:16<\/p>\n

Testimony: Goerge\u2019s Story Beauty from Ashes<\/span><\/p>\n

We are so grateful to celebrate what God is doing in Goerge\u2019s life! When she first came to Out of the Ashes<\/span>, she was struggling deeply battling addiction to cocaine and facing incredible pain after the tragic loss of her son, who was a quadriplegic and was killed. Her heart was heavy, and hope felt distant.<\/p>\n

But God was not finished with her story. Through the love, prayers, and support of this ministry family, Goerge encountered the transforming love of Christ. Recently, she rededicated her life to Jesus and took the beautiful step of water baptism declaring publicly that she now belongs to Him!<\/p>\n

We are in awe of how God is restoring her life, renewing her hope, and showing His faithfulness through it all. Thank you to everyone who supports Out of the Ashes<\/span>. Because of your generosity, we are able to be the hands and feet of Jesus loving people like Goerge and helping them rise from the ashes<\/span> into new life in Christ.<\/p>\n

Testimony: Carlos\u2019 Story \u00a0 A Heart Restored by God<\/p>\n

We want to give all glory to God for the incredible transformation in Carlos\u2019 life. I\u2019ve known Carlos for nearly 40 years, and his journey has been one of deep pain and powerful redemption. Years ago, Carlos faced an unimaginable tragedy when his eight-year-old daughter was brutally murdered. The grief and heartbreak led him to run from God for many years, carrying anger, sorrow, and questions that seemed to have no answers.<\/p>\n

But the Lord, in His mercy, never stopped pursuing him. Recently, Carlos surrendered his heart and gave his life to Jesus Christ accepting Him as his Lord and Savior. Since then, we\u2019ve witnessed God begin to heal his heart and restore his hope. Today, Carlos is striving to be a better father, a loving grandfather, and a man after God\u2019s own heart.<\/p>\n

We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord and to share the gospel that changes lives. Stories like Carlos\u2019 remind us that no one is too far gone for God\u2019s grace. Thank you for your continued support, it allows us to reach people with the love of Jesus and walk alongside them as they rise from the ashes<\/span> into new life.<\/p>\n

Testimony: Eric\u2019s Story \u00a0From Prison to Purpose<\/p>\n

We rejoice in what God is doing in Eric\u2019s life! Just this week, Eric was released from prison with nowhere to go and no clear direction for what was next. But God had a plan. His parole officer reached out<\/span> to Refuge Out of the Ashes<\/span>, and after an assessment and interview, Eric shared that he was \u201csick and tired of being sick and tired.\u201d He said he was ready to stop living for himself and start living for the Lord.<\/p>\n

This week, Eric made the powerful decision to give his life to Jesus and follow Him in water baptism a public declaration of his new beginning in Christ!<\/p>\n

Please keep Eric in your prayers as he walks this new journey of faith, healing, and transformation. Because of your prayers and generous support, Out of the Ashes<\/span> is able to open its doors to men like Eric, showing them the love of God and giving them a safe place to rebuild their lives on the solid foundation of Christ.<\/p>\n

Jason is now on a new journey striving to become a better man, father, and grandfather. He\u2019s seeking employment and housing, and we\u2019re standing in faith that God will open every door for him.<\/p>\n

Meet Branden, who came to Out Of The Ashes<\/span> with a desire to change his life and break free from addiction. \"\ud83d\ude4f\" He was tired of doing things his way and made the courageous decision to surrender it all to God.<\/p>\n

Since arriving, Branden has already taken big steps in faith. \"\ud83d\udcaa\" He\u2019s secured a job and is learning to walk in purpose, humility, and hope trusting that God\u2019s way is always better than our own.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re so proud of him for choosing life, faith, and transformation! \"\ud83d\ude4c\" Please keep Branden in your prayers as he continues to grow, rebuild, and walk out<\/span> his new journey in Christ.<\/p>\n

World Homeless Day , \u00a0Rutherford County, NC \"\ud83c\udf0e\"<\/p>\n

October 10th was World Homeless Day, and right here in Rutherford County we don\u2019t just talk about homelessness, we face it head on every single day.<\/p>\n

At Out of the Ashes<\/span> Ministries, we walk alongside men, women, and children who have lost housing, hope, or direction. Through our shelter, transitional housing, recovery program, and supportive services, we help people rebuild their lives from the inside out<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Homelessness is not a statistic, it\u2019s a person.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the mother escaping domestic violence.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the father who lost his job and fell behind.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the young adult aging out<\/span> of foster care.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the neighbor sleeping in their car just trying to stay safe.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s been a lot of talk in the community about ordinances, funding, and \u201cthe homeless.\u201d Those conversations matter, but so does how we talk about our neighbors. Too often, stigma drowns out<\/span> compassion. But we see something different every day: resilience, faith, and the power of second chances.<\/p>\n

On this World Homeless Day, we stand with every person who has ever felt unseen or unheard.<\/p>\n

We stand for solutions, not shame.<\/p>\n

We believe community heals.<\/p>\n
