Dear Friends, Family, Supporters, and Community,
As I sit down to write this letter, my heart is filled with gratitude. Over the past ten years, I have had the incredible privilege of watching God take what began as a simple act of faith and grow it into a ministry that has transformed lives through hope, recovery, housing, and the love of Jesus Christ.
On behalf of our Board of Directors, our staff, our volunteers, and every life that has been impacted through Out Of The Ashes, I simply want to say thank you. None of this would have been possible without your prayers, encouragement, generosity, and faithful support.
Together, we have helped thousands of individuals right here in our own mission field. We’ve welcomed the homeless, walked alongside those battling addiction, reunited families, fed the hungry, clothed those in need, provided shelter, offered hope to the hopeless, and shared the life changing message of Jesus Christ. Every life matters, and every changed life is a testimony of God’s faithfulness.
Today, I want to ask you to pray with us about something very important.
Out Of The Ashes currently has approximately $160,000 remaining before we become completely debt-free.
Imagine what that would mean.
Every dollar that currently goes toward debt could instead be invested directly into serving more people in need. Becoming debt-free would allow us to focus even more of our time, energy, and resources on the mission God has called us to breaking the chains of addiction and homelessness one person at a time.
The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 13:8:
“Owe no one anything, except to love one another…”
That has become a prayer of ours. We long for the day when the only debt we owe is the debt to love people well.
The Bible also reminds us, “You have not because you ask not.” So today, we are simply asking.
Would you pray with us?
Would you ask the Lord if He would have you partner with Out Of The Ashes as we work toward eliminating this remaining debt?
Whether your gift is $10, $100, $1,000, or more, every gift matters. Every prayer matters. Every act of generosity brings us one step closer to freedom from debt and one step closer to expanding the work God has entrusted to us.
Without your prayers and support, we simply could not do what we do. You are part of every meal served, every bed provided, every life restored, every family reunited, and every soul that finds hope through this ministry.
From the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of our Board of Directors and the entire Out Of The Ashes team, thank you for believing in this mission. Thank you for standing with us over the years, and thank you for helping us continue to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community.
