Hello Dear Fathers Vineyard Women,

I cannot tell you how much I have missed our Koinonia! It has been a crazy ride these past five months, but “I am sure that what we are suffering now cannot compare with the glory that will be shown to us.” -CEV  The Father has given us a Sabbath rest whether we wanted one or not and I hope you have taken advantage of this time to draw closer to Him and press into a deeper intimacy with Christ through worship, the Word and prayer.

The main thing I have been hearing in my spirit considering all the conflict around us is “how do we as God’s children respond?”   We are called to be Peacemakers in the Body of Christ.  Romans 12:18 says: “If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.”  Hebrews 12:14 says: “Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord!” No one!   Pastor Terry has taught on the subject along with Brother Ed Somerville, so I believe the Father really wants us to get this right.  The Church must be the example on how to resolve conflict and it begins at home.  If we train up our children “in the way” today and give them the godly tools they need from God’s Word they will be equipped to take their place in society and exemplify those principles in their community one day.

I feel that the Father has put His finger on this issue, “for such a time as this”, in order that we Momma’s and Grand mama’s might become more intentional and focused on learning how to resolve conflict ourselves and in helping others. Our goal in the Titus 2 ministry as elder women is to train the younger women in Biblical love-based living. I would encourage you to go to God and ask him to refresh you in these areas of biblical love-based living and be willing to share with other younger mothers and women in the area they need help.

In love,  Andrea Morgan
